Make sure you have a current backup of the database on a floppy disk. This upgrade will be completely compatable with all pervious versions and databases. Download the upgrade in the form of a zip file by clicking on the link below ( this is a 200KB file and is very quick to download):

• ChurchCashFlow.ZIP

Once ChurchCashFlow.ZIP has been downloaded to your system, unzip the file to a "C:\ChurchCashFlow" folder. If you do not have a zip utility, you can download a free shareware version of either PKZIP or WINZIP from http://www.pkware.com or http://www.winzip.com respectively. Once you have unzipped the file you should have a "C:\ChurchCashFlow" folder containing the following five files:

1. ChurchCashFlow.bat (MS-DOS Batch File)
2. ChurchCashFlow.jar (Executable Jar File)
3. Church Cash Flow (Shortcut to MS-DOS Program)
4. ChurchCashFlow.ico (Icon for Shortcut to MS-DOS Program)
5. ChurchCashFlowDatabase.DB (Database file from previous software version.)

If you do not have a shortcut on your desktop, right-click on the ChurchCashFlow shortcut, expand the <SendTo> menu, and click on <Desktop (create shortcut)>. You should be able to bring up the program as normal from he desktop icon. When you do enter the new program for the first time, you should not get a message claiming that a database file does not exist and that it is going to create one. To recover, you should copy the "ChurchCashFlowDatabase.DB" from your backup flopy and try starting the probgram again. If that does not work, please email me at "pastor@cibaptist.org"..
